Lindsay Lohan got SERVED with a lawsuit on her way into court this morning … by an apparently delusional man who believes he played a role in the killing of Osama bin Laden.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court … which is essentially 12 pages of incomplete, incoherent gibberish.

From what we gather, the man who filed the claim, Thomas A. Green, alleges Lohan communicated with him via Facebook and led him to believe she would participate in a dot-com business he wanted to create.

It appears Green feels he was duped … and when he pressed Lohan about her true intentions, he uncovered a conspiracy about the killing of Bin Laden.

In his suit, Green writes, “[Thomas] set out to command [Lohan] to twitter and stated if [Lohan] acknowledges this is an Osoma Bin Ladden op all civilians in past wrong doing will receive clemency.”

Green also claims he is a former U.S. Marine — who recently spent time in a homeless shelter due to a “depreciated stage of delusion and hallucinations.”

Then, for no apparent reason, he writes, “[Lohan] might be a high end prostitute.”

Green is suing Lohan for engaging in unfair business practices — and he’s demanding $300,000.

But as crazy as his lawsuit seems, Green hired a process server … who served Lindsay at her progress hearing in L.A. this morning.

Bruno Mars will have a spotless criminal record tomorrow … because sources tell us the judge in his cocaine possession case will officially dismiss the charge.

You’ll recall Mars was arrested in Las Vegas in September, 2010 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino after a bathroom attendant told security a man was doing coke in one of the stalls.

Mars pled guilty, but he was not convicted. The judge deferred the matter and gave Bruno a year to complete 200 hours of community service and attend drug education classes.

We’ve learned Mars has exceeded the number of required community service hours — he’s logged more than 230 hours, working for children’s charities as well as some health-related charities. And he has completed his classes.

So tomorrow … the judge will officially dismiss the cocaine charge. Bruno’s lawyer, Blair Berk, will appear on his behalf, and just like magic the charge will go away.

If you have anything you want to look up on Wikipedia, you’d better do it today, or you’re going to have to wait a full 24 hours to get your answer. Why? Well, Wikipedia will be leading a number of high-profile websites going dark on Wednesday to protest two controversial bills in Congress. SOPA, also known as the Stop Online Piracy Act in the House of Representatives, and PIPA, the Protect I-P Act in the Senate, are designed to crack down on the illegal sharing of movies and music on the Web. However, critics say the anti-piracy legislation is censorship and would force sites to police the online world.

On Twitter, Jimmy Wales, co-founder of Wikipedia, confirmed that all of Wikipedia’s 3.8 million English-language articles will be unavailable from midnight Eastern time tonight until midnight Wednesday. Anyone who visits the site will be redirected to a banner that reads “The Internet must remain free.” Also joining Wikipedia in going black are Reddit, Minecraft, Craigslist, and Boing Boing, among others. Craigslist has posted a message at the top of its city homepages with a link to “help put a stop to this madness” of SOPA and PIPA.

The Obama administration, as well as Congress, seem to be listening to the critics. In a blog post, the White House said it would not support “legislation that reduces freedom of expression … or undermines the dynamic, innovative global Internet.” And House Majority Leader Eric Cantor said a vote would not come up for SOPA until a consensus is reached. By the way, if you’re a fan of any of the sites that are planning to participate in the blackout, don’t worry: You can still tweet about it as much as you want. Twitter will still be up and running. In fact, CEO Dick Costolo tweeted this about the sites choosing to go dark: “Closing a global business in reaction to single-issue national politics is foolish.”

Although there is a lot of opposition to SOPA and PIPA, some believe the legislation is necessary.

One person who does not mince words about his support for SOPA is Rupert Murdoch. Over the weekend, the media tycoon and CEO of News Corporation seemed to almost mimic the recent antics of Charlie Sheen and Kanye West, firing off a number of tweets in a short period of time. Murdoch blasted Obama and Google for how they are dealing with the anti-piracy legislation, tweeting, “Piracy leader is Google who streams movies free, sells [ads] around them. No wonder pouring millions into lobbying.” Google responded, calling the accusation “nonsense” and adding that it has taken down 5 million infringing webpages from its search results … and that it fights pirating and counterfeiters every day. Many believe that Murdoch confused downloading with streaming, and the next day he backed off. Murdoch tweeted, “Sure misunderstand many things, but not plain stealing. Incidentally google blocks many other undesirable things.”

El programa de farándula de Telefutura, después de que quitaron Escándalo TV del aire, nunca logró lo que los ejecutivos tanto querían.

Los ratings no pasaron de ser pésimos y el contenido era peor.

La verdad que no nos sorprende esta noticia. Nosotros relatamos nuestro disgusto con el show desde su estreno.

Ahora, hay que esperar a ver que pasa con los presentadores de la producción de chismes.

But for those worried Ri-Ri is headed to jail, fret not — according to Hawaii’s marijuana laws she can smoke ‘em if she’s got ‘em. In 2008, a ballot was passed in Hawaii that made smoking a blunt the lowest priority for law enforcement. Because of this code, anyone over the age of 21 can possess up to 24 plants or 24 ounces of marijuana on a private property. In public, the possession of less than one ounce is classed as a misdemeanor which results up to a $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail. One ounce or more can result up to a $2,000 fine and up to one year in prison.

That being said, we’re sure Ri Ri is just smokin’ a funky handrolled tobacco ciggy. Wink Wink.
